Health Information About Our Weimaraner Dogs & Puppies

 All of our adults are screened--hips and bloodwork. Healthy parents are the best way to produce healthy puppies. We follow the WCA vaccine protocol--puppies that are old enough to have received vaccines are vaccinated. All of our puppies receive a Veterinary Wellness Exam prior to leaving.

Buyer Requirements for Our Weimaraner Puppies

We require all applicants to complete a Formal Application. This screening process helps us determine if the prospective family understands the breed. A Weimaraner is not for everyone! Secondly, we are looking for a stable environment. Being in a location that has provision for a dog is important. Fencing is important. Most of all we look for commitment to see the process of raising the puppy through to the end. Over the years we have learned that the key factor is succeeding is wanting to succeed. Where there is a will there is a way. Nevertheless, an applicant needs to understand the requirements of a Weimaraner--quality food, exercise, good preventative care, time, and relationship are primary.

We welcome inquiries and are here to help those trying to determine if a Weimaraner is the right choice. We assure you that if we feel you are not making the right choice we will share that information with you. Our goal is to place each pup in the best forever home we can find. Once we commit to making this happen we will do everything we can possibly do to assist you. If you talk to people who have our puppies you will learn that we often have an on-going relationship that spans years.
