About Our Bichon Frise Puppy Breeding Program

Our family has been raising beautiful,healthy bichons for five years now. Our bichons are all our family pets and live in our home with us as family members,thus giving our puppies the best start in life! The right start really does make a huge difference in the dog that your puppy will grow up to become! Our babies are socialized and smothered with LOTS of TLC from day one of their lives so that's a big difference from a puppy that comes from a dark,STINKY non-climate controlled, secluded upbringing - which is also where pet store puppies come from. so that's something to think about as puppies raised unsocialized and unloved have a very difficult time interacting with humans and can very often be timid and snappy. We offer puppies that have been our snuggle-bunnies for eight weeks and are pre-spoiled before you even take them home - in return giving you a very loving companion for your family of all ages. All of our puppies go to their new homes with a written health guarantee, they are over-night crate trained meaning that that they won't ever potty where they're sleeping ..meaning your puppy is ready to sleep with you accident-free the very first night at home with you!

We have always been a rescue for our bichons that have ever needed us. It's rare that we need to be but should the occasion arise - we're here for our families and our bichons. We've had families of divorce, family emergencies, etc who needed a home/or temporarily home for their bichon and when a situation has arised, we've been very helpful by keeping the bichon in our loving home environment until finding the appropriate family or until the family could come back for their baby. We are always here for the families that take our babies home,as we look at each of our bichons as our ultimate responsibility no matter how far and how long they're away- they're our responsibility for life and if they ever need us - we're here for them! One of our bichons should never for any reason find it's way to a shelter or the wrong hands. we are very careful and selective in placing our bichons, but when and IF it happens - our clients never have to wonder what to do - because we're always just a phone call away. We also take care of several of our customer's bichons if they need to travel somewhere and can't take love-lumpkin with them, so we act as a rescue and a home away from home all at the same time. We love the babies we're RESPONSIBLE for bringing into the world and we'll never forsake them NO MATTER WHAT! That is our promise to them and to our clients.

 Our customers receive a written health guarantee on all our puppies. They go home after being vet-checked,a clean bill of health and current on innoculations.

Buyer Requirements for Our Bichon Frise Puppies

When we're selecting homes/families for our bichons, we require a questionnaire from our website to be emailed to us that tells us about the family and about the family's lifestyle, ie are they too busy for a puppy? and are the children to young? etc. I have a very high intuition for warm personalities and the "not-so warm". Our babies never go to homes where I have a feeling that the family isn't warm and loving enough. My site states that Grumpy - Grouches Need Not Apply. These puppies' lives are very important to us and we're not ever going to send them home with anyone that we wouldn't feel comfortable going home with ourselves. Our questionnaire is on line and prospective buyers can copy and paste it from our site or I will be more than happy to email it to them.

We consider the puppies' personalities right before they go home at eight weeks and determine by our conversations and the questionnaire from the client, which puppy is better suited in which home. Many times, we have special requests and we always strive to honor those - such as requests for the runt, or the biggest, or the most laid back, etc. We are happy to honor those requests as long as said puppy's personality matches that family's lifestyle. We won't ever send a more laid back puppy into a home with active young children or an alpha puppy into a home where there is already another dog residing. We just want to feel assured that our puppy is going to fit in and do well with the family that it goes to spend it's life with. That Only makes sense. We look for people who are retired and looking for a companion in a bichon, and we like stay-at home moms who have time for a bichon, and also people who work from their homes. We don't allow our babies to go where there's no one ever at home, such as a young,busy working couple with children involved in so many activities that the bichon would rarely see anyone. That's just not healthy for a bichon, nor is it fair!
