About Our Labrador Retriever Puppy Breeding Program

Located 40 minutes from Lake Erie and an hour from the beautiful Niagara Falls, MoonLit Labradors specializes in the traditional blocky English Labrador Retriever (also called Show-Bred Labrador Retriever). We also offer the graceful American Labrador Retriever with specific breedings during the year. All Labrador Retriever puppies are bred for the betterment and improvement of the breed paying particular attention to temperament, conformation, and intelligence. All Labrador Retriever puppies are born and raised inside our home with constant attention and love, and, all of our Labradors are genetically tested (OFA/CERF) prior to breeding.

Whether you are looking for a show/breeder, hunting companion or a kind and loving Labrador Retriever puppy as a pet, we offer all 3 AKC recognized colors, yellow (all shade variations), black, and chocolate. All puppies are bred within the guidelines of the Labrador Retriever breed standard according to AKC regulations.

Health Information About Our Labrador Retriever Dogs & Puppies

 As responsible Labrador Retriever breeders, the health, wellbeing and longevity of our Labrador Retriever puppies, as well as the ultimate satisfaction of our puppy buyers are our first concerns. We take careful measures to ensure that our dogs are healthy and free from genetic disorders prior to breeding, and that the puppies we produce are healthy and happy.

All dogs are OFA/CERF certified prior to breeding.

All pups are given individual wellness exams/release by our veterinarians.

Puppies receive 1st puppy shot series.

Deworming/deparasiting at 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks & 8 weeks.

Extensive health guarantees (congenital and hereditary) hip/elbow/eye guarantees are given.

Buyer Requirements for Our Labrador Retriever Puppies

When it comes to placing our dogs with their new owners, we are careful to ensure that potential buyers are able to offer a good home where the puppy will receive the care, attention, nutrition, exercise and veterinary care that it needs in order to live an long, happy and healthy life.

Our commitment to our puppies does not end when you take your puppy home. In unfortunate event that you are unable to keep your puppy or dog for any reason, we will help to find a suitable replacement home. We're happy to provide our new puppy owners with any advice and support that may be needed, and we love to stay in touch with our pups after they leave us for their new homes.
